1.HA – The Housing Association Affordable Model
The Housing Association (HA) affordable model is a key framework for providing high-quality, sustainable, and affordable housing to communities. It operates on a not-for-profit basis, reinvesting all surpluses back into its core purpose of creating more homes and improving existing ones.
2.The Rent to Own (RTO) – Our Model ‘Pathway to Home Ownership
The Rent to Own (RTO) model offers a flexible pathway to homeownership for individuals who may not be able to secure a mortgage immediately. It combines the features of renting with the benefits of a future home purchase.
3.The Assisted Living (AL) Our Model for elderly residents
The Assisted Living (AL) model provides a viable housing solution for elderly residents who can no longer live completely independently but do not require 24/7 medical supervision. These schemes aim to provide a "home for life," where residents can age in place, with care and support brought to them as their needs change.
4.Capital Projects
The capital projects vertical oversees large-scale, strategic investments that represent significant value to the company. This includes the management of complex, high-stakes undertakings such as lifts, communal spaces, roofing on building blocks, schools, and medical centers/hospitals, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with our long-term strategic goals.

Nick Spysznyk is a founder member of the SolisRevival board and a seasoned strategic business coordinator and analyst, whose career spans over three decades in the housing and property sector. His expertise bridges public and private domains, with a distinguished track record of working alongside government bodies, regulatory agencies, and leading development firms to shape policy, unlock investment, and drive systemic change. Nick’s strategic insight is grounded in real-world experience. He has served as a board member for several publicly listed companies (PLCs), where he played a pivotal role in steering corporate governance, market positioning, and long-term growth strategies. Nick continues to hold influential board positions across multiple investment funds, property development groups, and strategic partnerships bringing a panoramic view of the sector’s evolving landscape. As Strategic Business Coordinator/Analyst, Nick leads the charge in identifying emerging opportunities, de-risking complex ventures, and aligning business initiatives with macroeconomic trends and policy shifts. His analytical depth and commercial foresight enable SolisRevival to anticipate market movements, respond to regulatory changes, and forge high-impact collaborations. Nick’s extensive network—spanning institutional investors, government stakeholders, and industry leaders—makes him an indispensable force in shaping the company’s strategic direction. His ability to translate policy into opportunity, and data into action, ensures that SolisRevival remains agile, informed, and ahead of the curve.
Terry Aston is a director of the SolisRevival main board and a cornerstone of its strategic leadership.
With over 25 years of experience as a distinguished Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Consultant, Terry has built a reputation for delivering complex, high-value construction projects exceeding £billion in scope.
His track record reflects not only technical excellence but also a rare ability to harmonize design intent with commercial viability and operational performance.
As PM/DM Chief Coordinator, Terry oversees the full spectrum of project and design management activities, ensuring that every initiative—from early-stage feasibility to final handover—is executed with precision, innovation, and accountability.
Terry’s leadership fosters cross-functional collaboration, mitigates risk, and drives continuous improvement across all delivery teams.
Beyond his role at SolisRevival, Terry serves on the boards of several prominent property development groups, where he contributes strategic oversight and technical direction.
He is also a sought-after advisor in joint ventures and strategic partnerships, often acting as the bridge between technical teams and capital stakeholders.
His longstanding relationships with institutional investors and private equity funds enable him to unlock growth opportunities, de-risk complex developments, and align project outcomes with long-term value creation.
Terry’s influence is instrumental in shaping Solis Revival’s forward-looking strategy, particularly in areas such as sustainable infrastructure, smart building integration, and scalable delivery models.
His ability to synthesize engineering insight with board-level vision makes him an invaluable asset to the organisation’s continued success.
Martin Truman is a solicitor and the managing director of Truelegal Solicitors. He has over 25 years of experience advising entrepreneurs and business owners and has overseen more than 3,500 small and mid-size business sale and purchase transactions. His passion is to help business owners realize the full value of their business upon exiting.
He studied law in England and Germany, graduating with an LLB (Euro) degree from Exeter University in 1992. He is a fluent German speaker. He was admitted as a solicitor on November 15, 1996. His practice areas include Company & Commercial (90%) and Commercial Property (10%).
The Law Society lists his areas of practice as commercial property, company and commercial, intellectual property, and mergers and acquisitions. He is also a Compliance Officer for Legal Practice and a Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration.
Before founding Truelegal, he worked at international city law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, which included secondments to the firm's Frankfurt office and the London legal department of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. He also worked in the corporate department and German unit of the London law firm Fladgate Fielder.
VJ Angelo is a senior financial markets expert with over thirty-five years’ experience in the sector. He has worked in New York, Europe, the UK and Asia in a variety of financial product development, technology, investor relations and product structuring roles. Mr. Angelo has also spent time as an FCA Compliance Officer.
VJ is a Trustee on a significant Isle of Man-domiciled endowment. He is a senior leader with experience working in partnership with several multinational investment companies such as Deutsche Boerse, and multiple investment banks and asset managers, including JPM, Aberdeen, Société General.
More recently Mr Angelo has worked closely in the renewable energy and clean fuel sector developing financial and business strategy solutions.
Collaborating closely with chosen partners, governments and technology solution providers, he has helped develop and is now implementing the SkyComm and sister company models.
Miljan Dojin is a director of the SolisRevival board and a pivotal force in shaping the company’s project delivery strategy.
With over 20 years of experience as a Civil Engineer and accomplished Project Manager/Director, Miljan brings a rare blend of hands-on technical expertise and high-level corporate insight to every initiative he leads.
As PM/DM Coordinator, Miljan plays a leading role in orchestrating complex construction projects, serving as the technical compass across multidisciplinary teams.
His ability to navigate intricate engineering challenges while maintaining strategic alignment ensures that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
Miljan’s influence extends beyond operational delivery. He serves on the boards of several property development groups and strategic partnerships, where he acts as both a technical advisor and a corporate governance specialist.
His close relationships with investment funds and institutional stakeholders allow him to bridge the gap between technical feasibility and financial viability—de-risking developments and unlocking long-term value.
His dual expertise in engineering delivery and board-level governance enables him to provide holistic oversight, guiding SolisRevival through regulatory complexity, market shifts, and innovation cycles.
Whether advising on infrastructure resilience, procurement strategy, or ESG integration, Miljan’s leadership ensures that the company remains agile, accountable, and future-focused.
OUR PROJECTS
East London Land parcel (with planning for 952+ units - mixed use project)
Prime land, 6.6 acres in total allocated for development or residential / commercial / retail units – on the waterfront of the river Lea. TPP reengineered the existing development with the inclusion of the Groups partnership network and housing solutions: The land is prime London riverside development with prime views of Canary Wharf and central London.
West London (2076 residential units - mixed-use project)
Prime land area for mixed use development across 8 acres that has an allocation for development or residential / commercial / retail units – Adjacent the new Elizabeth Line with access to Central London, Heathrow, Via train also major road infrastructure. TPP reengineered the existing development with the inclusion of the Groups partnership network and housing solutions. The land is prime London with support to implement a leading modular solution that maximize energy solutions and values.
Manchester - Prime Canal side development Is a prime land area canal side near Manchester city center.
The site has planning for 1500 units on 8.4 acres in total allocated for development or residential / commercial / retail units – close to Old Trafford Stadium (Manchester United) – Salford (Greater Manchester). The work has commenced to improve the scheme for Build to rent (BTR) in partnership with a leading BTR Operator. The remaining property includes 600 properties for open market sale and a further offsite 500 homes for a local Housing Association. Additional commercial office, retail and leisure form a complete prime development use development offer.
Dover – Prime Housing for 900 Family Homes
The Dover sites form two parcels: land area A, overlooking the town; and land area B, that was historically used for housing the development team who constructed the Channel Tunnel. Historic planning has been improved to provide the rental to own offer along with affordable housing for the council’s growing housing needs. The additional Assisted Living offer designed by our group to assist elderly and vulnerable people move into purpose-built housing with supported onsite services for care and medical proactive inclusion.
Lorry Park (Kent)
A land area has been allocated for a state-of-the-Art new Transport Hub for lorry and van distribution for the UK – Southcoast, London and Cross Channel distribution and infrastructure needs.
Manston Business Park
Land parcels (with planning and outline planning for circa 3,000,000 SQ FT of commercial space) on 3 land parcels 161 acres in total next to Manston Airport. Also, provision for Assisted Living (AL), medical center, offices, hotel/s, Data center, AI village, lorry park, etc... TPP secured an exclusivity through the Hong Kong Family office to enable the scheme to be reviewed and de-risked as part of a full development supported by each property offer.
Solis Revival
Recently established by our group to support retrofit, refurbishment and newbuilt through strategic and practical delivery structures. Over the past 30 years the group has been involved in various forms of PPP's (public private partnerships). Solis Revival provides the funding, legal, delivery, support and transparency for each authority/housing association. Projects have already commenced across the UK for over 60,000 properties
Woolwich Development & Partnerships
Through our network of development and delivery partners we have commenced an acquisition program for Woolwich. Greenwich Council has created an major regeneration plan for all areas of the Woolwich Town Centre areas. Our focus is to align to the delivery plans to support funding, design, construction and community development. Woolwich due to the Elizabeth line also developments that have completed has become a prime location.
Brereton Hall (Cheshire)
Brereton Hall is a 117-acre estate that has been developed to utilise the main house is a central hub for medical, wellbeing, leisure and Food & Beverage. The main house has been restored to the grade 1 listed standard with all areas completed. The courtyard area, lower ground and surrounding grounds form part of the stage one works programme. The remaining estate has been advanced to provide the Assisted living offer 220 apartments, 80 estate lodges for support alignment to the NHS also guest use for wellbeing.
